These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Forge AI (the "App"), operated by Epihealth Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Forge AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Forge AI is an AI-powered workout generation application that creates personalized exercise plans based on your preferences, equipment, and fitness level. The App uses Google Gemini AI to generate workout recommendations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

• Free Tier: Includes up to 5 AI-generated workouts total at no cost.
• Pro Subscription: Unlocks unlimited workouts, periodization programs, and advanced features. Pricing is displayed in the App and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple's terms.
• Auto-Renewal: Pro subscriptions (monthly and yearly) are auto-renewing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Lifetime Purchase: A one-time lifetime purchase option grants permanent access to Pro features with no recurring charges.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

Forge AI is not a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. The workout plans generated by AI are for informational and educational purposes only. You should:

• Consult a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program
• Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• Use your own judgment regarding the appropriateness and safety of any exercise
• Understand that AI-generated recommendations may not account for all individual health conditions

We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health condition resulting from workouts generated by the App.

6. AI-Generated Content

Workout plans are generated by Google Gemini AI. While we strive for accuracy and safety:

• AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inappropriate recommendations
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any generated workout
• You are responsible for reviewing and assessing the appropriateness of any exercise before performing it

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Abuse, harass, or interfere with other users or the service
• Use automated means to access the service beyond normal app usage
• Share your account credentials with others

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in Forge AI are the property of Epihealth Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Workout plans generated for you are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epihealth Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the App.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
