Epihealth Solutions ("we," "our," or "us") operates Forge AI (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and a securely hashed password.
• Workout Data: We store your workout preferences, generated workout plans, exercise logs (weights, reps), and workout history to provide and improve our services.
• Subscription Information: We collect subscription status and purchase receipts to manage your Pro subscription. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) through RevenueCat; we do not store credit card or payment details.
• Usage Data: We track the number of workouts generated to enforce usage limits and improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate personalized AI workout plans tailored to your preferences and history
• To track your exercise progress and provide progressive overload suggestions
• To manage your account, subscription, and usage limits
• To improve our AI workout generation quality over time
• To communicate important updates about the service

3. AI Data Processing

Your workout preferences and exercise history are sent to Google's Gemini AI to generate personalized workout plans. This data is processed in real-time and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not store AI-generated content beyond what you choose to save in your workout history.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in our PostgreSQL database. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. All API communications use HTTPS encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Google Gemini AI: Workout preferences and exercise history are shared to generate personalized plans.
• RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase data is shared to verify and manage in-app purchases.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and workout data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

8. Children's Privacy

Forge AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
